What you'll do
- Scope and build first workloads alongside customer teams
- Answer security and compliance questions accurately, including the uncomfortable ones
- Turn recurring blockers into documentation or product requests
- Hold the line on scope when a proof of concept starts to sprawl
What we're looking for
- You can write the integration rather than describe it
- Experience in a pre-sales or post-sales engineering role at an infrastructure company
- Comfortable saying a use case is a poor fit while the deal is still open
- Clear writing — most of this job is written
